question 1. How much do you plan on participating in RAM activities? explain your answer. Do you think it will help you or will it be more hassle than its worth? You will not lose or gain points for honest answers.
I plan to put a great effort into being apart of the RAM activities. I believe that this program gives us scholars special perks that make us stand out. Plus, having the extra advising is always good because as freshman we are going to make mistakes since it's a new environment. Being apart of the RAM scholars program in my opinion will be worth it because I am already making connections with professors related to my field who seem very open and willing to be of assistance whenever I need them.-Chelsea Lambkin
ReplyDeleteI plan on being an active member of the RAM program and attending as many activities that I can. The benefits this program gives us definitely outweighs any extra work we would have to do. As freshman, it is definitely a bonus to have extra advising and mentors that are willing to help you anytime and with anything. I know myself personally and I like to ask a lot of questions and I'm always wondering about new opportunities and I have no doubt in my mind that the RAM program will assist me. I'm excited to participate and I am extremely lucky to be apart of this program.
ReplyDeleteI plan on participating in RAM activities as much as I can. I think this program will be worth it nad help me graduate in four years. It will also help me through extra advisement and activities to help me obtain my degree. This program has helped me already by letting me move in a week earlier and letting me get to know the campus better. I also have been able to meet many different people and build mt connection. The RAM program will definitely be worth it.
ReplyDeleteI would try to take any kind of advantage I can take while being in the RAM Program. I'll try to participate in some of the RAM activities, as long as I can also get my work done. Getting extra help and tutoring is a good plus side for me because I am going to need all the help I can get. All I hope for is to finish college and graduate, with good grades all the way through.
ReplyDeleteI plan on participating in as many RAM activities as possible. There are so many benefits that outweigh the extra work that needs to be done for the program. Between extra advisement, the activities, early class scheduling, etc. there are so many good things that come with being in the RAM program. All these things are beneficial to my academic career, as well as being able to meet and get to know different people at the activities. The RAM program will provide me with extra opportunities, including helping get internships, that will hopefully benefit me after college, so participating and a little extra work is definitely worth it.
ReplyDeleteI plan on participating in as many RAM events as possible. I believe that all the RAM activities are super beneficial in their own way. Each event gives you the chances to connect and meet with new people. As a freshmen especially those connections are super important. I know that in the long run RAM will be worth any hassle or extra work I have to put.
ReplyDeleteI want to participate in RAM programs as much as possible. I love the idea that as a RAM scholar we get to pick our own classes earlier. I also want to take advantage of math workshops because I'm not really good at math so I really want to go. I also know throughout my years as a RAM scholar I will have many opportunities like trips, internships, research opportunities and many other great programs I'm excited for in the future.

Of course I would love to attend all of the RAM events. Being realistic I would probably attend all of the important events for sure. The RAM program definitely seems like it is going to be really helpful. The amount of time spent building connections and extra time provided with advisors can only be a plus.
ReplyDeleteI plan on participating in a good amount of RAM activities. I see the value and what RAM has to offer and the opportunities it can bring. I probably just wont go to the RAM activities that focus on destressing in a group or the meeting new people ones, in my eyes they make it harder for me to connect to people opposed to a more natural setting. I feel that being the program will at times feel like a haste but as long as the activities focus on graduating faster and going out into the working world I won’t mind.
ReplyDeleteI plan on attending every ram activity there is as long as it doesn’t interfere with my class time. I think it would help me get to know more people and get more involved within the ram program. I’d love to become a gem and it seems pretty fun to do that and not just be in the program, but actually get more involved.
ReplyDeleteI honestly do not plan on participating in RAM activities that much, because I am a freshman, and right now I personally believe that ill very overloaded with work. At least that's how people make it seem, but if I have the time and I can schedule for a good day then I don't see why I wouldn't. The transition to Kean experience was great and fun for me and helped me learn a lot about myself and I enjoyed dorming and being on my own for once.

I plan on going to every RAM activities if it fits my schedule. This might be an overload as well because of all of the responsibilities that I have now. on the other hand, I think that this program is going to help me because this is an opportunity for me to be more involved while helping me get through college. it can also help me work on my time management.
ReplyDeleteHopefully i will try my best to engage in as many activities as possible under the RAM program. It has been fun so far; getting to meet new people, gaining experience. Having to complete my T2K under one week with a good grade...hopefully. So yes i will participate in RAM activites. I am also part of the EOF program. I was told it’s unusual to be in both programs at the same time. So it's all about prioritising and planning ahead. - David A

Having to complete my T2K under one week with a good grade...hopefully. So yes i will participate in RAM activites. I think it will help in Networking, especially when in the areas of internships and completing some courses early. I am also part of the EOF program. ReplyDeleteI hopefully plan to be more active in the Ram activity. It has been so far fun and cool because I got to get over the fear of my first class and got to experience college and how things work, Meeting new people was exciting as well. I hope I passed with a god easy grade since it was a easy class as well and I hope to be more involved and help me more to network. It was definitely worth taking this course. - Juleinne Florentino
ReplyDeleteI plan on going to every Ram event possible. When I look at the Ram program I see it as an amazing opportunity to network and meet new people. Many of the advisors are professors at the Michael Graves College which is where I will be going to study architecture. Building these connections with some of my future teachers could prove crucial in my academic career. Also some of the events looked fun and interesting.

I do plan on being an active member in the RAM program as a RAM scholar. It brings many benefits to my college career and can help me in the future. Taking the class, made me more prepared for Kean and how to continue as a college students. Having the opportunity to take it in the summer for a week rather than the fall semester is beneficial to me and allows me to continue work and allowed me to gain more hours at work giving me the option to balance work and school easier than if I needed to take another class. - Diana Nguyen
ReplyDeleteI hope to be involved in many RAM activities and opportunities. I am going to be working and studying at the same time so I need to find time to be able to participate. I feel that RAM would allow me to meet new people and it is an easy way to be involved in the community. Just by being a part of the RAM community is one step into being more involved in school. I feel that being part of this program would really allow me to succeed in school and bring me face to face with so many opportunities. - Vanessa Wallberg
